1.2 Payment: All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription plan you selected.
1.3 Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. You will be charged the subscription fee on your original sign-up date or the last day of each billing period.
1.4 Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
2. Use of the Service

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. 5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.
6. Limitation of Liability

7. Changes to Terms
